This is a full‑time, Columbus, OH‑based position that requires onsite visits with the client 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities 1. Account Leadership & Revenue GrowthDrive Strategic Expansion: Partner with client executives to identify pain points, architect creative solutions, and organically scale the partnership year‑over‑year.
Opportunity & Pipeline Management: Lead the entire opportunity lifecycle including discovery, quote management, scope definition, and financial margin analysis.
High‑Level Stakeholder Management: Build trusted‑advisor relationships across multi‑disciplinary client teams to break down communication silos and navigate complex consulting problems.
Cross‑Functional Delivery: Direct and manage large‑scale onsite teams (including software engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists) deployed across multiple client workstreams.
Agile Project Strategy: Act as an expert Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner, defining metrics (KPIs/velocity) and implementing agile processes to guarantee successful releases.
Financial & Risk Oversight: Oversee diverse project budgets ranging up to $3M+, managing timelines, scope, resource planning, and proactive risk mitigation.
Operational Reporting: Build comprehensive dashboard reporting and margin analysis tools to provide clear visibility to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
