We are seekingan entrepreneurial, high‑caliber Delivery & Account Leader to serve as our onsite anchor in Columbus, Ohio. This role demands a unique combination of delivery operations excellence, robust technical project leadership, and a proven track record of consultative client growth.

You will embed directly with our client to oversee large‑scale cross‑functional teams, manage high‑stakes project execution, and proactively uncover new opportunities to expand our partnership footprint. If you have a background in scaling massive accounts while ensuring flawless project delivery, this role offers the autonomy to own a premier account's destiny.

This is a full‑time, Columbus, OH‑based position that requires onsite visits with the client 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities 1. Account Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Partner with client executives to identify pain points, architect creative solutions, and organically scale the partnership year‑over‑year.

  • Opportunity & Pipeline Management: Lead the entire opportunity lifecycle including discovery, quote management, scope definition, and financial margin analysis.

  • High‑Level Stakeholder Management: Build trusted‑advisor relationships across multi‑disciplinary client teams to break down communication silos and navigate complex consulting problems.

2. Delivery & Project Management
  • Cross‑Functional Delivery: Direct and manage large‑scale onsite teams (including software engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists) deployed across multiple client workstreams.

  • Agile Project Strategy: Act as an expert Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner, defining metrics (KPIs/velocity) and implementing agile processes to guarantee successful releases.

  • Financial & Risk Oversight: Oversee diverse project budgets ranging up to $3M+, managing timelines, scope, resource planning, and proactive risk mitigation.
