What You'll Do
As the Head of Product for HBF and HBF Textiles, you will define and execute the long-term vision for HBF's product portfolio while championing the brand's legacy of craftsmanship and design leadership.
You will lead a high-performing team responsible for identifying emerging trends, discovering unmet customer needs, manage the lifecycle of the portfolios, and bring compelling solutions to market that strengthen HBF's premium position.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish and lead the strategic product roadmap across HBF and HBF Textile's portfolios.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and public space markets.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring innovative products to life.
  • Translate customer insights, specification trends, and market intelligence into actionable product strategies.
  • Develop business cases and investment strategies for new product introductions.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development through launch and portfolio optimization.
  • Champion product storytelling and value propositions that reinforce HBF's premium brand positioning.
  • Guide portfolio decisions that drive growth, profitability, and market differentiation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centered thinking.

Qualifications:
