Job Description
Required Skills:
  • 3 years of experience providing direct PC support to end users.
  • 3 years of experience imaging and configuring desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
  • 3 years of experience installing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, windows 10).
  • 2 engagements of providing direct PC support to end users.
  •  Identification of all subcontractors, if applicable.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with similar projects for State, County or local governmental entities.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and AD group policies.
  • Knowledge of desktop inventory and software automation tools (SCCM-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & Software Delivery).
