We are seeking a Deployment Engineer for our client. This is a Full-Time/Remote position that requires some travel. Our client is a growing and well-established software technology firm expanding its team with a new Deployment Engineer role. This company develops innovative, proprietary software solutions used by mission-critical organizations, including law enforcement. With a history of customer satisfaction and product excellence, they’re poised for significant growth and are looking for motivated professionals to be part of that journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze customer systems and design tailored workflows and configurations
  • Install, deploy, and upgrade proprietary software products
  • Lead deployment projects, manage timelines, and mitigate risks across multiple implementations
  • Migrate and integrate legacy data into SQL Server databases
  • Develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and write SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational needs and configuring the solution accordingly
