Job Title: Technology Support Coordinator (IT Operations Team Lead)
Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33069
Position Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced Technology Support Coordinator to lead day-to-day IT support operations and ensure the efficient delivery of technical support services across the organization. This role is responsible for supervising support staff, managing incident resolution, coordinating service requests, and driving continuous improvements in IT service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, IT operations, help desk management, and team leadership within an enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications:-
l Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
l Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, desktop support, computer operations, or technical support within a multi-platform enterprise environment.
l Previous experience leading IT support teams, projects, or technical operations.
l Experience using enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
l Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based hardware and software issues.
l Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, laptops, desktops, and related end-user technologies.
l Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, incident management, and service request processes.
l Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
l Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
l Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
l Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
