IT Support TechnicianOverview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join a high-demand operational environment supporting a large user base across multiple business systems and technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about delivering outstanding end-user support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage and close support tickets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support approximately 500 users and 200+ devices in a dynamic environment.
  • Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and system configurations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, productivity applications, collaboration tools, and end-user devices.
  • Collaborate with a small IT team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support records.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Support experience in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting large user populations and multiple business systems.
