One of the most common challenges in a desktop rollout project is minimizing disruption to end-users while ensuring that all systems are updated and configured correctly. Coordinating with multiple departments, managing hardware and software compatibility issues, and adhering to tight project timelines can also be demanding. Effective communication, thorough planning, and staged rollouts are key strategies to mitigate these challenges.
