Desktop Engineer

Location: Queens Village, NY Duration: 6 months Competencies: 6-8+ years experience IT IS_EUCS_TOOLS_SCOM Role Description: Experience in EUC support and management. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile OS platforms. Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security. Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch). Familiarity with SCCM/MECM or similar tools for patching and software deployment. Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
