Help Clients Bring Their Vision to Life

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction is a full-service remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. We are known for delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth, client-focused experience from concept through completion.

We are looking for an organized, design-minded, and customer-focused professional to guide homeowners through the selections process while also supporting front-desk and administrative operations. This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients make confident design decisions, maintaining detailed project information, and creating a welcoming showroom experience.

Role Overview

As the Selections Coordinator, you will serve as a key client-facing representative throughout the design and pre-construction process. You will assist homeowners with finishes, fixtures, materials, upgrades, and product selections while coordinating closely with the sales team, vendors, and internal project teams.

You will also provide front-desk coverage, assist with incoming calls, maintain showroom materials, and support general administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide homeowners through product, finish, fixture, material, and upgrade selections
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the selections process
  • Deliver responsive, professional, and friendly customer service
  • Provide design guidance and product recommendations based on client needs and project requirements
  • Follow established Selections and Lead-to-Start processes
  • Coordinate project details with clients, sales representatives, vendors, and internal team members
  • Create or assist with CAD drawings, visual selections, and selections pricing
  • Maintain accurate records of selections, product specifications, pricing, materials, and change orders
  • Develop detailed material lists and assist with sourcing, pricing, ordering, and tracking
  • Monitor product availability, lead times, pricing changes, and current design trends
  • Maintain showroom displays, product samples, design tools, literature, and pricing information
  • Provide front-desk support and assist with incoming calls and visitors
  • Build productive relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Assist with Houzz updates, project photography, and other marketing-support activities
  • Attend team meetings, vendor visits, training sessions, and relevant industry events
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in interior design, remodeling, construction coordination, showroom sales, or a related field preferred
  • Strong customer service or client-facing experience
  • Design awareness and the ability to help clients coordinate products, colors, finishes, and materials
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with product specifications, pricing, material lists, and change orders
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, personable, and confident working directly with homeowners
  • Familiarity with CAD, 20/20, Chief Architect, or similar design software is a plus
  • Ability to work the required Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually
  • Bonus: Eligibility for the Selections Coordinator Bonus Program after 90 days
  • Schedule After Initial Training Period:
  • Tuesday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Paid Time Off: Five vacation days annually
  • Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums after 90 days
  • Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after one year
  • Payroll: Bi-weekly
  • Company Cell Phone: Provided
  • Performance Reviews: 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews, followed by annual evaluations
  • Potential Move-In Bonus: $2,000, subject to the company's 90-day retention and reimbursement terms
