Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, punctuality, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization

Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and emails/faxes

Process payments and basic office transactions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email and scheduling software)
