Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, reliable, and experienced in managing front office operations.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed also schedule appointments
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Provide support in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing office correspondence.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain office organization through effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles minimum 2 years mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
