Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to help lead our front desk operations. This individual will oversee daily administrative functions, ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, and serve as the first point of contact for our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Member amp; Guest Experience
  • Greet members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Resolve member concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
  • Assist with membership inquiries, renewals, and program registrations
Operations amp; Administration
  • Oversee daily check-in procedures and facility access control
  • Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate member accounts and database records
  • Ensure waivers, registrations, and required documentation are complete
  • Coordinate communication between departments (aquatics, tennis, fitness, etc.)
Sales amp; Revenue Support
  • Promote membership, programs, and special events
  • Support seasonal promotions
  • Assist with achieving revenue goals
Facility amp; Safety Oversight
  • Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional
  • Enforce facility policies and procedures
  • Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
Qualifications
