Magnum Builders is growing-and we're looking for a Construction Estimator with a strong GMP background who brings a true builder mentality to the table.

What You'll Do
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates
- Lead preconstruction from early design through final pricing
- Work closely with PMs, field teams, and subs
- Level bids, build scopes, and identify value engineering opportunities
- Help ensure estimates reflect real-world construction

- 5+ years with a GC in estimating/preconstruction
- Strong experience putting together GMPs
