Part-Time Front Desk Assistant with growth opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, emails, collect payments, and assist with arranging lesson schedules. To be considered, you must be responsible, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively. A warm personality and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
• Collect payments and maintain organized filing
• Manage and schedule appointments and lesson times
• Update and maintain schedules accurately
• Set up classrooms as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable
• Fluent in English
• Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
