Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and smooth coordination with other hotel departments. This role supports and leads front desk staff while maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional guest service at all times.

Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing accuracy.

Handle guest complaints or issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.

Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels.

Assist with front desk operations during peak times.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash handling procedures.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of hotel front desk experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
