Job description

Grunley is looking for a personable, proactive, solutions-oriented Front Desk Assistant that will play a vital role and serve as the company's first point of contact with clients, subcontractors, vendors, employees, and the general public and as such provides a critical public relations service. The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, referring inquiries, greeting visitors, receiving, and dispatching parcels and providing general clerical support.

This position reports to the Office Manager/Operations Administrator (OM/OA).

The weekly work schedule will be from 7:45 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with an hour Lunch, a 15-minute morning break and a 15-minute afternoon break. The Administrative Assistant - Operations must provide advanced notice for any unforeseen absences and delays no later than 6:00 am the day of to plan for coverage.
