In IT, Desk Analysts typically handle technical support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users with system access. In finance, they may monitor trading activities, conduct market research, and provide analytical insights to traders or managers. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication abilities.
