Description
As an Designer at Foster + Partners, you'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio working on one of Nashville's most high-profile schemes. You'll contribute meaningfully across design stages on medium to large-scale projects, developing your skills alongside a globally connected team that values innovation, mentorship and thoughtful design.
This role is ideal if you want to:
  • Work across all stages of architectural design on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Contribute ideas and design thinking that shape project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams in a studio environment.
  • Develop your career through CPD and continuous learning.
  • Be part of a studio committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

What you will bring to the team:
  • 1-5 years of professional experience, ideally on medium to large-scale architectural projects.
  • A recognised degree in Architecture (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
  • Strong design thinking with the ability to develop, articulate and present ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with experience using tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
