Job description

Closet Factory is the custom storage solution authority serving the need for customized space organization throughout the home. We design, manufacture and install custom storage around our customer's needs. For over 40 years, Closet Factory has been creating dynamic, truly custom organization solutions for our clients. Our rapidly expanding retail partnerships with Costco and Lowe's further accelerate our growth, and as a result we are expanding our Veteran-owned branch in Alcoa, TN serving the Knoxville and surrounding areas. As such, we are looking to develop a passionate & motivated Sales team.
Our established brand and technique sets us apart from competitors due largely to you, and what our Designers can offer the customer. Greater customization, digital presentations, organic manufacturing and empowering you with the ability to negotiate with customers will quickly place you in a position to succeed. A strong commitment to your personal development through industry leading training and education will increase your success.
This position is considered HYBRID. You do need to live in the greater Knoxville area to go on appointments and be required to attend regular meetings at the office, however some work can be done remotely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Present yourself in a courteous, professional manner to clients
Present products and services effectively to customers
Adapt to meet customer needs/wants
Utilize 3D design software to create customized designs
Maintain your schedule/availability in Sales Force
Drive in/around the area of responsibility to meet customers
Qualifications for the Position:
Sales experience (not retail) a MUST,preferably in home sales
Design experience a plus
Basic Computer Skills
Must pass a background check
Good at networking
