Job Title: Creative Producer
Compensation: 65-75k
Overview

Our highly collaborative in-house creative studio works with five shoe brands and multiple licensee' brands, acting as the bridge between concept and execution. Our Creative Producer will sit at the center of that ecosystem.
The Opportunity
You will sit at the heart of the creative scoping, development and production process, partnering with creatives, brand marketing to ensure ideas are executed with precision and efficiency.
You will lead day-to-day project delivery, help manage budgets and timelines, remove blockers, uphold creative integrity, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned from concept through ensure projects are successful and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional content.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for translating creative vision into executable production reality across multi-divisions and brands.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Creative Workflow & Delivery
โ€ข Translate creative concepts into fully executable production plans.
โ€ข Maintain creative integrity from initial scoping through execution.
โ€ข Help lead and create an integrated copy system utilizing Claude and other AI tools.
โ€ข Lead in-house PDP photography timelines and asset delivery for multiple brands using Syndic8.
Production Integration
โ€ข Lead projects from brief to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
โ€ข Gather copy, technical information, dimensions, templates and specifications required for build and asset delivery.
โ€ข Establish clear briefs, schedules, manage timelines and communication plans.
โ€ข Balance creativity, budget realities, and operational constraints.
โ€ข Maintain organized project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, scope updates and status reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration
โ€ข Act as a trusted partner with internal stakeholders.
โ€ข Present project solutions with clarity and confidence.
โ€ข Manage feedback cycles and align stakeholders around delivery priorities.
