About the Position Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking a Receptionist to join our legal support team in Lansing. This role presents a professional, client-centered view of the firm to clients, guests and firm members. As the first point of contact when you enter our space, our receptionist plays a critical role in creating a warm and positive impression for firm members and guests. This position also performs administrative tasks to support the operation of the office.     About the Opportunity Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome firm members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Notify firm members of client/guest arrivals.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception and conference room spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with event preparation and cleanup as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering lunches, filing, copying/scanning, and sorting mail.
  • Assist with bringing files to court or shipping centers as needed.

The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
