We have an exciting opportunity for a professional role as Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Kontron Family! In this role, you will own the systems, data, and processes that power marketing and lead generation. This role connects marketing to sales by ensuring campaigns run efficiently, leads are managed effectively, and performance is clearly measured.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize marketing systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions, and Power BI
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance and pipeline impact
  • Manage end-to-end lead flow: imports, data quality, scoring, routing, and tracking
  • Execute and automate email campaigns and nurture programs
  • Design scalable processes across marketing and sales
  • Evaluate and implement new tools (including AI) to improve efficiency
  • Support website updates and digital campaign execution
  • Act as the go-to resource for marketing systems and data

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing operations, CRM, or marketing technology
  • Strong understanding of lead management and campaign execution
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams
  • Highly independent, fast-moving, and solution-oriented
