As a Business Operations Manager I on the Data and Technology Solutions team, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, elevate operational performance, and deliver meaningful insights that shape how DTS leads and operates.

This role goes beyond coordination - it requires a seasoned professional who can lead complex, ambiguous work across a broad range of domains including advanced data analysis, process improvement, strategy development, program management, and executive communications. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, using data and business acumen to influence decisions, surface new opportunities, and drive outcomes that matter.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational initiatives and process improvement efforts within a complex organization

  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategy
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as Python, R, or machine learning
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational goals and how to align solutions to expected outcomes
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful dashboards and executive-level presentations that inform and influence business strategy
  • Creative problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and confident taking action with limited information

What You Will Do at Cambia

Strategic Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and develop scalable, data-driven solutions
  • Lead large-scale operational initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with DTS and enterprise strategy
  • Design and implement process improvements that measurably increase efficiency and productivity across the organization
  • Use a thorough understanding of business objectives to influence solutions that produce new insights and opportunities

Advanced Analytics & Executive Insights

  • Provide higher-level analysis and data interpretation in support of strategy development, program implementation, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and maintain meaningful dashboards, scorecards, and presentations that use data to inform and influence business activities at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for DTS-owned risks, including tracking quarterly mitigation activities and maintaining documentation and dashboards
  • Provide Internal Audit (IA) coordination and follow-up, tracking findings and remediation actions with timely leader awareness

Run-the-Business Enablement

  • Lead and support DTS operating rhythms and recurring leadership forums, ensuring structure, visibility, and follow-through
  • Maintain and evolve operational dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into performance and priorities
  • Ensure SharePoint sites and operational content remain current, accurate, and strategically organized
  • Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities in partnership with BC/DR teams

Chief-of-Staff & Senior Leadership Support

  • Collect, update, and track quarterly goals and key initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership
  • Lead leadership and staff meeting agendas, facilitation, and follow-up - driving accountability and momentum
  • Provide onsite facilitation support for all-hands events and strategic planning sessions
  • Execute change management, communications, and project work as directed by DTS leadership
  • Support weekly management updates, consolidated intake, simplification efforts, and organizational surveys

Talent, Engagement & Community Enablement

  • Coordinate and help shape talent development and recruiting initiatives, including internships and co-op programs
  • Support technology community partnerships, conferences, and sponsorships
  • Coordinate learning and engagement programs such as TechConnect Deep Dives
  • Track and support annual compliance and training activities

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.

  • Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho:The expected hiring range is $111,350-150,650, the full salary range is$104,000-171,000 and the bonus target is15%.
  • North Dakota:The expected hiring range is$101,834-137,801 and the full salary range is$90,436-149,220.
