  • Collaborate with life-safety consultants, engineers, architects, and permitting authorities to ensure timely approvals
  • Review temporary facilities for compliance with applicable building codes, life safety requirements, occupancy limitations, and operational standards
  • Assist in maintaining accurate permit records, inspections, and compliance documentation

Construction & Event Execution
  • Support the Event Operations team during venue build, event operations, and breakdown periods
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to project schedules, safety requirements, quality standards, and approved designs
  • Coordinate with site operations teams on supporting infrastructure affecting built environments, including power distribution, plumbing, low-voltage systems, fencing, ground protection, and back-of-house operations
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to quickly resolve field issues while balancing budget, schedule, and operational impacts
  • Conduct site walks and inspections to verify quality control, design execution, and operational readiness

Qualifications:
  • Technical skills of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam required
  • Proven experience developing and executing projects from concept through construction
  • Working knowledge of International Building Code (IBC), life-safety requirements, occupancy classifications, and egress planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with on-time design deliverables and deadlines met
  • Team-player, creative, solution-oriented, driven, and passionate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with higher demand from January - May, including weekends and evenings, depending on event needs

Featured Benefits:
