We are looking for an Office Engineer to join our Operations team on our project sites across the United States. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trade partners to coordinate material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
  • Manage cost and design updates, including RFIs, change orders, and document updates.
  • Support field supervision with seamless communication and logistics.
  • Read and interpret construction design documents and specifications.
  • Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a "team first" mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
