Job description

About the Job

At Danone, our mission is simple yet powerful: bringing health through food to as many people as possible.
Guided by our vision of “One Planet. One Health,” we believe the health of people and the health of the planet are deeply interconnected.

As the Milk & Regenerative Agriculture Digital Solutions Senior Manager, you will play a key role in advancing this mission—leading digital innovation across our milk supply chain and accelerating the transition to regenerative agriculture at scale. You will shape how technology enables more resilient farming systems, stronger farmer partnerships, and more sustainable supply networks.

This is a highly visible, role at the intersection of digital transformation, agriculture, and supply chain—where your work directly contributes to improving how food is produced, sourced, and brought to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Transformation

  • Lead the definition and execution of a multi-year digital strategy supporting milk supply and regenerative agriculture, aligned with Danone’s Impact Journey across Health, Nature, and Communities
  • Drive global digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise tool selection and implementation, to modernize how milk flows from farms to production
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure digital solutions reflect both local realities and future-state ambitions

Vendor & Platform Leadership

  • Lead a diverse ecosystem of strategic partners and SaaS providers supporting critical supply chain and farmer-facing platforms
  • Establish strong governance through business reviews, performance management, and clearly defined scopes of work
  • Oversee digital platforms supporting farmer relationships, contracting, and milk logistics, ensuring scalability, reliability, and continuous innovation

Data, Analytics & Automation

  • Advance Danone’s data-driven decision-making by delivering scalable reporting, automation, and visualization capabilities across the milk value chain
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics and tools (e.g., Power BI) to improve transparency, responsiveness, and operational performance
  • Collaborate closely with IT, data, and business teams to create seamless, integrated digital ecosystems

Operational Excellence & Process Innovation

  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across supply chain systems through digital-first process design and continuous improvement
  • Lead process mapping and standardization efforts to support scalability and alignment
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and operational continuity across system transitions, upgrades, and new implementations

Enablement, Adoption & Team Leadership

  • Drive digital adoption by building capabilities across teams—through training, communication, and knowledge-sharing
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation aligned with Danone’s people-centric values
  • Lead and develop team members, empowering them to grow and contribute to meaningful impact

The salary range for this position is $116,000-167,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. To give our employees flexibility, Danone is a hybrid work environment.
This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

About You

You are a purpose-driven digital leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and sustainability. You are energized by complex challenges and motivated to create solutions that benefit both business performance and society.

You bring:

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives within supply chain, agriculture, or manufacturing
  • Strong track record managing external partners and vendor ecosystems to deliver business impact
  • Expertise in data, analytics, and automation (experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
  • A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
