A growing manufacturing and engineering company in the Southwest Houston area is currently hiring an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team! In this role, the Mechanical Design Engineer will support the design and development of engineered products and assemblies, working closely with sales teams, customers, and internal departments to create accurate drawings, models, and technical documentation. This position will play a key role in moving projects from customer requirements through design completion and manufacturing support.


Salary: $125,000 – $135,000/year

The perfect Mechanical Design Engineer for our client will have:
• Experience designing or supporting high-pressure equipment, valves, or similar mechanical products
• Strong working knowledge of Inventor / 3D CAD software and technical drawing creation
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customers to develop and revise assemblies and engineering documentation
• Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, assembly, or production support
• Knowledge of engineering standards, technical specifications, and design best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred
