The Ring Design team is looking for a UX Designer who operates as an AI-native design builder - someone who uses AI tools to accelerate from concept to production while providing the design judgment that AI cannot self-assess. This role will focus primarily on App Store experiences, designing the surfaces where customers discover, evaluate, and adopt Ring's ecosystem of products and services.
You will own design for high-impact customer touchpoints: personalized recommendations, subscription entry points, cross-sell and upsell flows, and the merchandising experiences that drive conversion and retention. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers expand their relationship with Ring.
This is not a traditional design role
You will work within AI-native workflows - using tools like Cursor, Figma, Claude Code, and agentic AI to generate, iterate, and ship at speed. The differentiator is your ability to evaluate AI output for flow coherence, information architecture integrity, and experiential quality. You will also contribute to systemic design quality: creating steering documents, layout templates, and prompt libraries that raise the quality floor across Builder workflows organization-wide.
