Since 1986, Vintage Design has been a premier design and installation subcontractor for residential construction builders throughout California. Vintage Design was acquired by Artisan Design Group in 2019. Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, is a leading national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients. ADG delivers end-to-end design, procurement and installation services for flooring, cabinets, countertops and a growing portfolio of interior products.
Founded in 2016, ADG has grown by uniting respected regional operators across the country. Following its 2025 acquisition by Lowe's Companies, Inc., the company continues to operate as ADG while benefiting from the scale, resources and brand strength of one of the most trusted names in home improvement. Together, they are expanding their capabilities in a highly fragmented market while remaining committed to craftsmanship, service and local expertise that make their teams valued partners nationwide.
COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm with required rest and meal breaks. Full time, non-exempt.
JOB SUMMARY
The Scheduling Coordinator's principal function is to support the business operations by coordinating the logistics, scheduling, and completion of all installations in an efficient and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Coordinate the installations of builder released home sites, including the maintenance of scheduling records, superintendent correspondence, and general oversight of department processes.
โ€ข Final processing and coordination of incoming materials for all released home sites, prior to scheduling. This includes balance of daily workload for warehouse personnel, and resolution of delivery issues with various vendors as they arise.
โ€ข Dispatch the crew leaders with contracts and diagrams for each job.
โ€ข Schedule all released home sites and enter into proprietary system.
โ€ข Create daily schedules for all jobs and upload the schedule to our website.
โ€ข Maintenance of the Supply Pro program, a builder/supplier communication platform for the scheduling and billing of home sites for various builders. Tasks within the program include digital entry of install dates, verification of pricing for all modules, and digital completion of daily installations to maintain an accurate online record.
โ€ข Follow company safety policies and procedures
โ€ข Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
ร˜ At least 1 year's experience in the production homebuilding industry or the construction industry.
ร˜ High School education or equivalent.
ร˜ Ability to present and articulate points clearly and effectively.
ร˜ Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
ร˜ Must consistently meet tight deadlines.
ร˜ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive communication is essential in this role.
ร˜ Work well in a team environment.
ร˜ Punctual and reliable attendance.
ร˜ Computer literate and proficient in MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word.
Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves)
