DELIVERY MANAGER (ONESTREAM PARTNER ENABLEMENT)

Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gross annual base salary: USD 99,000 - 128,500

Summary

The Partner Enablement group works to ensure the growth and health of the partner community by working directly with Partners, Partner Alliances and Customer Success. Partner Enablement offers various services to coach partners on design and build activities aimed at driving a successful Center of Excellence. We engage both Alliances and Customer Success to communicate and assess risks contributing towards our shared mission of Customer Satisfaction.

The Delivery Manager works to provide solutions by engaging partners to design and build OneStream Applications for our customers. The role requires substantial experience working in finance organizations, with a solid understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs as well as high technical aptitude.

The Delivery Manager must be self-sufficient and proactive in managing their work, while maintaining appropriate communication and escalation to team members and management. They should be able to work both independently and as part of a team while being committed to continuously improving OneStream's operations and profitability

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coach partners during build phase, provide examples of artifacts and articulate their importance to the application.
  • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones.
  • Communicate personal and project status to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Work with Customers, Partners and internal personnel on Service NOW Cases concerning Application Design.
  • Conduct Application Health Check and Reviews to monitor application performance.
  • Assist Product Teams on sourcing, developing and testing new Product Features and Functionality.
  • Actively Participate on Partner's OneCommunity Forum by reviewing posts and submitting responses.
  • Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure Partner's Project Readiness.
  • Study and apply oneself to become a Subject Matter Expert in areas required.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-7 years CPM/EPM experience, to include 1 - 3 years OneStream experience.
  • Experience contributing to OneStream (or comparable EPM) implementations, including hands-on delivery of build workstreams, participation in engagement scoping, and exposure to solution architecture (design) under the guidance of senior delivery staff.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
  • Experience with relational data bases and SQL.
  • Programming experience in multiple languages.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • A professional accounting designation (e.g. CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology)
  • Experience with VB.net, VBA, Visual Basic or C#.
  • Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:
    • SAP Outlooksoft BPC, SAP BFC/ BOFC (Cartesis)
    • HFM (Hyperion Financial Management),FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) , UpStream, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase
    • IBM Cognos
    • Or other CPM/ EPM solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis.
  • Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions/processes and the ability to speak to processes and design in at least one of the areas.
  • Ability to answer core product questions at the intermediate level on the build/functionality of cube design, dimension/metadata build, member formulas/calculations, custom business rules/calculations, build of data sources & trans rules, dashboard functionality, workflow functionality, and security design/build.
  • Ability to serve as SME in at least 1+ platform areas.

Travel

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
