What Impact You'll Have Northstrat, a GRVTY company is seeking an experienced and driven Systems Engineer to join our dynamic integration team. The Systems Engineer will support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the National Customer in the Mission Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) of mission software applications and the ability to analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end-to-end mission test threads. This role demands a self-starter who can take loosely defined tasks and deliver high-quality solutions in both independent and collaborative settings. What You'll be Owning * Analyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads * Conduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analysis for problems * Identify and track dependencies and risks * Become an expert in system interfaces and identify key integration points * Ensure consistency amongst multiple applications * Develop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to track and support successful integration of multiple systems * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, iteration review, and retrospective to contribute to team goals and objectives * Collaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. Operate in a culture of team before self and collaboratively share information * Identify opportunities for improvement and new or updated processes to enhance the efficacy of the team What You Must Have * Active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) and ability to obtain CI Polygraph * Education: BS or higher degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field * Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience * Expertise in the Mission Management domain * Experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration and end-to-end multi-segment testing * Understanding of federal government operational environments * Strong communication skills with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. The candidate must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and tolerance to change * Be highly self-directed and willing to learn
