Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace. 
The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in executing program operations, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives supporting the DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO).
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Manager with program execution, operational oversight, and delivery management.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI development teams.
  • Support program planning, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and government mission objectives.
  • Assist with workforce management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Support executive reporting, program reviews, and government briefings.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and security compliance.
  • Facilitate coordination between project teams and government stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience supporting federal or DoD programs.
  • Experience supporting complex IT, AI, data analytics, or cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Active TS / SCI security clearance required
