Job description

Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a company near the New Castle, IN area that is hiring for an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for selling and sales and are open to candidates with working experience or newer graduates for this.


Overview:

In this role, you will prospect new clients and business, then spend time out in the field, educating customers on company products and offerings. Details are below.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, cold calling, messaging, and spending time in the market meeting with customers, educating them on company products.
  • Complete door-to-door and prospecting event activities to generate leads and sales deals.
  • Build a territory through various outreach methods and networking.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve questions, provide information, or relay support.
  • Support the new customer onboarding process.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma required | College degree is strongly preferred
  • One to three years working within a sales position
  • Must have a passion and drive for outside sales, prospecting, and door-to-door activities


Compensation - Base salary + Commission | Total take home is above $100,000 annually.


Schedule - Monday-Friday schedule, in-office or on the road. Some OT will be required.


Location - near New Castle, IN area.
