Title: Sr Product Manager - Liquidity Products  

Opportunity to join a high impact team!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and evolution of a portfolio of Commercial deposit products and liquidity services. You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, enhancing client value propositions, and delivering against growth, revenue, and balance sheet objectives.

 Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop deep expertise in assigned deposit products and liquidity services, including design, delivery, client value propositions, and revenue drivers.  
  • Serve as key point of contact for all things related to assigned product portfolio. 
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including all of the activities to develop and deliver on the product roadmap (insights gathering, strategy development, budget, prioritization, execution through partners, etc...). 
  • Support business planning, prioritization, and executive communication related to product portfolio strategy and performance.  
  • Participate in direct and indirect Sales efforts when necessary, attending client meetings, providing product insights and/or demos, strategizing with Sales and coordinating with Marketing. 
  • Ensure up-to-date product and services documentation supporting product design and delivery of portfolio of products (product guides, FAQs, procedures, process flows, Service Requests, Disclosures, Marketing materials, etc.). 
  • Drive strong risk management practices related to product design and delivery and support risk reviews, audit/exam, testing, and remediation.  
Qualifications 
  • 8-10+ years of experience in financial services, with demonstrated ownership of deposit products, liquidity, or related product disciplines. 
  • Strong understanding of  commercial deposit products, liquidity management, pricing strategies, and banking operating models. 
  • Experience operating as a product owner with accountability for strategy, execution, and governance in regulated environments. 
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Treasury, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams. 
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to translate regulatory, operational, and financial considerations into actionable product strategies. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executivelevel communication skills. 
  • Selfstarter with strong prioritization, operational rigor, and execution discipline. 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and modern product delivery tools is preferred.

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $163,000  - $175,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience
