About the Role
As a Consultant Senior, HORIZON Deposit Implementations, you will lead complex client engagements focused on deposit products and banking operations. You will partner with financial institutions to implement and optimize banking platforms, translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role blends analytical expertise, client consulting, and delivery leadership to drive measurable outcomes. Success is defined by client satisfaction, operational readiness, and highquality implementation delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead endtoend client engagements, aligning scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria
  • Conduct discovery and analysis to assess business processes, systems, and performance gaps
  • Develop currentstate assessments and futurestate process designs with actionable roadmaps
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and operational solutions
  • Perform complex data analysis to support conversion, validation, and implementation readiness
  • Facilitate client workshops, testing cycles, and golive readiness activities
  • Support golive execution and postimplementation stabilization efforts
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, issues, and status communications independently
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and scalable delivery practices
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on consulting and delivery best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in banking operations, particularly deposits and related processes
  • Demonstrated experience delivering client consulting engagements in professional services environments
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical and operational solutions
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with minimal supervision

The pay range for this full-time position is $81,850 - $139,150and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
