Target Range:
$18.00/Hr. - $27/Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations.
  • Completes more complex account maintenance, such as vesting changes.
  • Researches and completes Service Cloud cases within their rotational unit; follows up with customers with resolution as needed.
  • Researches and analyzes clients' bank accounts to detect and prevent possible fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions. Prepares and maintains appropriate reports of fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions for clients' bank accounts.
  • Completes daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.
