About the Role:

We’re hiring a Branch Deposit and Operations Manager to lead our Greeley branches. This is a hands-on management role ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives on coaching staff, overseeing branch operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Purpose: Mentor and empower Financial Service Specialists through coaching, check-ins, and performance reviews. Cultivate a culture of growth, empowerment, and accountability.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee teller procedures, vault/ATM operations, and scheduling, ensuring compliance and seamless branch performance.
  • Fuel Strategic Growth: Collaborate on annual goals and marketing calendars, track performance metrics, and promote deposit growth.
  • Champion Customer Experience: Be a resource for your team and customers. Guide staff in cross-selling solutions and building lasting relationships.
  • Represent the Brand: Engage with the Greeley community, support sponsorships and local events, and amplify the First FarmBank mission, vision and values.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership and team development experience in a banking or financial services environment across multiple branches.
  • Deep knowledge of deposit products, IRA processes, and banking systems (like Precision/BPM).
  • Strong customer service instincts and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational platforms with confidence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or 4–6 years of supervisory experience in a banking environment.
  • Experience with bank core systems (e.g., Precision/BPM) is a plus.
