What You'll Do (Department Manager)
Responsibilities may vary by department:
Guest Service DM
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and service standards
  • Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations

Kitchen DM
  • Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production
  • Monitor food cost and inventory
  • Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items

People DM
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew
  • Motivate and recognize team members
