Authentic Dental Lab, a leader in the dental laboratory industry, is excited to offer a career opportunity for a Full-Time Dental Lab Sales Representative. Located in San Antonio with a rich history spanning over 40 years, our facility seeks to expand its talent pool across San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. This role is ideal for a dynamic and self-motivated professional eager to drive sales, nurture client relationships, and significantly impact our business growth.

This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site and manage activities within their assigned territories actively. Commission earnings will be directly tied to your success in increasing business within your designated area. Being part of our team means a commitment to excellence and a profound understanding of the dental industry’s intricacies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients and prospects.
  • Initiate and maintain strong relationships with dental offices, clinics, and other potential clients to expand our market reach.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies that secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits, with a goal of 15-20 outside sales visits per day, to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry conferences, shows, and other networking events to build contacts and develop professional knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to discuss strategies, share leads, and optimize overall sales efforts.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during all interactions and transactions.
  • Manage time effectively to meet and exceed all work deadlines.
  • Complete daily logs and reports detailing sales activities, territory insights, and customer interactions to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of related outside sales experience, preferably within the dental industry.
  • Proven sales proficiency, along with effective selling and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset and an excellent work ethic.
  • High energy level, capable of making multiple outside sales visits per day.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Independence in job execution while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the territory, which can occasionally include overnight stays.
  • Physical capability to perform all job duties, including prolonged driving across a large geographic territory.
