Job description

SN Family Dental

We are a mother-daughter-owned dental practice that truly cares about our team, our patients, and the future we’re building together.

Our goal isn’t just to run a dental office. We’re building a place where people can grow, take ownership, and create long-term careers, not just show up for a job.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right Front Office Coordinator to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator who understands that the schedule is not passive, it is actively managed, controlled, and optimized every day.

  • Maintain a fully productive and organized schedule
  • Fill cancellations and reduce open chair time
  • Confirm appointments and improve patient follow-through
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Track and manage leads from Google, website, and phone calls

This role directly impacts production, patient experience, and overall office success.

Growth Path

We believe in developing people, not just filling positions.

Step 1: Scheduling & Patient Communication
You focus on mastering scheduling efficiency, phone handling, and patient coordination.

Step 2: Performance & Systems Improvement
You begin improving scheduling systems, increasing production efficiency, and supporting lead conversion.

Step 3: Leadership Opportunity
You step into a senior scheduling or operations support role with expanded responsibility and growth potential.

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Growth-based compensation increases
  • Benefits package including PTO and more

Requirements
  • Dental office experience - Required
  • Strong knowledge of Dentrix - Required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
  • Experience with scheduling, phones, or front desk coordination
  • Dental Intelligence experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm, efficient, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy working with patients and guiding them through scheduling
  • Are confident on the phone and in fast-paced environments
  • Understand the importance of a full and productive schedule
  • Are detail-oriented and organized
  • Want to be part of a growing, structured, high-accountability team

Our Culture

We believe that strong systems and strong people create strong results.

We are building a culture that is:

  • Accountable
  • Organized
  • Growth-focused
  • Team-oriented, but performance-driven

As we grow, there will be more opportunities for the right people to grow with us.

Why This Role Matters

The schedule is the backbone of the practice.

The right Coordinator doesn’t just fill appointments, they control flow, protect production, and ensure patients get the care they need on time.

Apply

If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow, take ownership, and be part of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.

Please send your resume and a short note about why this opportunity stands out to you.
