Come join our awesome team! Our fast-growing Germantown, MD dental practice is seeking a quality hygienist to be recognized as the primary source of periodontal education and therapy in our practice. We use most current materials, products, equipment and technology as well as provide continuing education. Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Location: Germantown, MD

Reports To: Lead Dentist & Office Manager

Work Schedule: Part-Time, Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 8-1

Compensation: $55-$65/hour

Responsibilities:

Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice

Implement practice policies, procedures, processes and initiatives

Follow state and federal laws

Be the lead educator about periodontal disease

Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs

Treat oral health conditions

Educate patients on the importance of prevention

Maintain accurate patient records

Achieve daily production goal

Qualifications:RDH License current

Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred but not required

Certified to administer local anesthetic

PMS experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Dental Intelligence is a plus
