Job Description

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits accurately
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Educate patients about their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
Maintain detailed and organized patient insurance records

Support front desk operations and collaborate seamlessly with the dental team

Salary Range

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements
  • Dentrix

Experience working with dental insurance plans (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
