Job description

Private dental office looking for a fantastic team member for the front desk. We are looking for an Insurance and Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We love to have fun in the office while taking great care of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Verify dental insurance eligibility
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years EXPERIENCE in the dental office as an administrative professional
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
