Trifecta Services Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Superintendent to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our operations in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities are and not limited to:
  • Daily coordination with Owners, Project Managers and General Contractor Superintendents to ensure project execution.
  • Project Documentation to include daily reports, demolition and abatement plans, equipment maintenance reports, project documentation and timesheets.
  • Monitor progress of projects to maintain schedules and cost.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of Trucking, Fuel, Equipment Rentals, Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Travel to all locations for projects that would require employment functions.
  • Coordination of locations and cost savings for inert debris disposal.
