Are you an exceptional caregiver with experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or other complex aging-related conditions?
Griswold Home Care for Lakewood & Golden is seeking a compassionate, professional, and experienced Lead Caregiver to help us deliver exceptional care to seniors throughout Jefferson County.
This is more than a caregiving position. As our Lead Caregiver & Client Support Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients, families, caregivers, and the office team. You will help mentor caregivers, support families, participate in client assessments, and play a key role in maintaining the high standard of care our clients deserve.

  • Serve as the agency's dementia care resource
  • Provide dementia behavior coaching and caregiver training

  • Assist with dementia-focused programs and initiatives
Community Outreach
  • Attend networking and community events

  • Participate in educational presentations and outreach activities
  • Assist with local marketing and referral development efforts
