Director, Marketing and Demand Generation

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep brand and marketing experience to fill the Director, Marketing and Demand Generation position. In this role you will develop, implement, track, and optimize Corbin's brand-building, demand generation, marketing operations, and external activation efforts across traditional and digital communication channels. You will be responsible for developing polished collateral and case studies, supporting integrated campaigns, managing audience segmentation and nurture efforts, and helping strengthen Corbin Advisors' market presence. By bringing your passion and energy as well as industry best practice to Corbin Advisors you will be a key contributor to strengthening our brand, deepening engagement with current and prospective audiences, and supporting the Company's growth objectives.

You will report to the Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing.

General Responsibilities
  • Brand and Market Positioning:Collaborate across the business to strengthen Corbin Advisors' value proposition and capabilities story, and drive greater consistency, clarity, and resonance in the marketplace.
  • Demand Generation and Campaign Management:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and business development opportunities. Support persona-based campaign planning, nurture strategies, and marketing programs tied to thought leadership, webinars, website engagement, events, and other Corbin initiatives.
  • Marketing Operations:Own Corbin's marketing operations capabilities, including the distribution of marketing emails through Pardot, audience segmentation across clients and prospects, campaign workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring, and engagement tracking. Help build a more systematic approach to marketing performance and lifecycle marketing.
  • Writing and External Communications:Create/write compelling, engaging, and on-brand materials, including collateral, email marketing, press releases, campaign copy, executive messaging, and related materials that can be used across owned channels and external communications efforts.
  • Collateral and Case Study Development:Create and build polished solution and scenario collateral, case studies, campaign materials, and other client- and prospect-facing assets that support business development and elevate Corbin Advisors' market presence.
  • Media and External Visibility:Support and help coordinate media, speaking, and thought leadership opportunities that elevate Corbin Advisors' brand and subject matter expert profiles. Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources, as appropriate, to strengthen Corbin's external visibility and market engagement.
  • Event Activation:Lead the marketing and activation components of Corbin events and industry-facing opportunities, including event positioning, promotional planning, attendee communications, and pre- and post-event follow-up, ensuring Corbin Advisors delivers a polished and high-impact experience.
  • Data Analysis:Develop, track and report on key marketing performance indicators in a timely manner. Use data and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall marketing impact.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing plus 8+ years in a related field with experience across marketing, brand management, demand generation, communications, or business-facing B2B marketing, with a proven track record of results
  • Very strong writing capabilities are required
  • Expert proofing and editing skills with deep experience across multiple forms of business and marketing content (i.e., collateral, long-form written content, website content, press releases, social media content, email marketing, and campaign copy)
  • Strong experience in brand-building, campaign development, collateral creation, and demand generation execution
  • Experience with marketing operations and marketing automation platforms, including Pardot or similar tools
  • Experience with audience segmentation, nurture strategies, lead scoring, campaign workflows, and marketing performance tracking
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Ability to develop and present compelling, engaging and polished PowerPoint presentations that inform, inspire and influence
  • Strong capital/equity markets, business, finance, professional services, or corporate experience
  • Deep organizational and execution skillset
  • Extremely passionate about building high-quality marketing programs, materials, and market-facing campaigns
