JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and support sales enablement. This role is both hands-on and strategic, translating commercial strategy and business objectives into content, campaigns, and programs that generate measurable pipeline impact. Operating as a player-coach, this role leads execution while helping define marketing direction and priorities, and directly develops high-quality marketing materials and content to support business growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills):
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in product and/or brand management and marketing commercialization.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and clearly articulate the organization's value proposition.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar).
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to design and execute innovative market engagement campaigns.
  • Experience working with and managing external vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions, customer feedback, and operational challenges.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth and revenue objectives.
    • Own go-to-market messaging, positioning, and campaign themes
    • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with ideal customer profiles, priorities and revenue goals.
    • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact
  • Demand Generation & Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, events, paid media).
    • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and Sales feedback.
    • Test and scale programs that improve sales conversion across the funnel.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
    • Oversee creation of sales enablement materials and customer facing collateral.
    • Lead content strategy across key channels including website, thought leadership, and customer stories.
    • Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and supports sales engagement & conversion.
  • Media, PR & External Presence
    • Manage media relations, press opportunities, and speaking engagements.
    • Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives
    • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align messaging and amplify company narrative.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • This position is hybrid
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (Central/Eastern/Mountain/Pacific), if necessary.
  • Be flexible for after-hours tasks, as needed.
