Position Overview:

At Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will join a globally distributed team that's leading the future of marketing to our customers. We believe in people-first marketing and people-first work! We are looking for a Field Execution Intern to assist with marketing at scale targeting audiences with both local and global impact. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in demand generation. You will have the opportunity and be tasked with working with regional teams around the globe. Together, we will continually review performance and results to ensure targets and goals are exceeded. Your ability to execute and promote clear communications which help target accounts find, adopt, and expand their use of our rapidly growing Xcelerator portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales stakeholders on objectives and define the impact required of Marketing on local sales objectives
  • Assist with marketing plans to support strategic goals and meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Partner with the global industry planner and zone planner to understand investment priorities and select and prioritize program activities.
  • Collaborate with the execution team in optimally deploying, executing and optimizing the annual and quarterly program plans to realize the team's goals.
  • Ensure accuracy of program forecasts and analyze campaign performance across the demand waterfall including pipeline volume and progression.
  • Communicate with and educate cross-functional teams about new and planned marketing activities, including global and local programs.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment within the United States of America.
  • Exposure to marketing experience in the B2B software industry, specific domain experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle and look for opportunities to improve demand generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
  • Interest in marketing to a range of B2B buying groups using a wide variety of offers and delivery mechanisms.
  • Familiar in demand generation performance management in a B2B environment including the B2B revenue waterfall.
  • Able to align tactical plans with strategies consistently producing results on time and within budget.
  • Able to use project management tools provided to keep projects on schedule.
  • Foundational Inbound Marketing strategy/execution experience.
  • Motivated, inquisitive and persistent. Readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements. Highly collaborative and focused on business and customer impact.
  • Fluent in English and highly effective and communicating across all mediums; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • This position requires an individual who has both marketing and sales knowledge with analytical and execution skills.
  • Market knowledge and enthusiasm to communicate our vision.

You'll Benefit From

The hourly pay range for this position $18 - $50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
