• Drive discovery efforts: workflow mapping, data analysis, interviews with operators, and evaluation of current tools and systems.
• Build and maintain detailed product specifications for AI agents, automation features, predictive models, and workflow-optimized experiences.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and ongoing refinement with AI development teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure reliable delivery of AI features.

• Validate releases using KPIs such as time savings, accuracy improvements, error reduction, and operational throughput.
• Serve as the internal and external advocate for Deluxe's AI strategy, capabilities, and roadmap.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, data-driven products, or workflow automation.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing iterative development cycles.
• Experience transforming business needs into refined roadmaps and backlogs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, evaluate workflows, and quantify product value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface confidently with executive stakeholders, engineers, and operators.
