Work you'll do

As a Returning GSAP Senior Consultant on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for...

  • Support the development of strategic recommendations, transformation plans, and operating approaches for client engagements
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify business issues, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions
  • Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and status updates to advance project objectives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Successful completion of the Deloitte GSAP program.
  • Master's Degree completed by August 2027 in these or related areas of study: Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Policy, Master of Public Health, or Master of Science in Engineering.
  • Four or more years' fulltime work experience.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $175,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
