Job description

Are you detail-oriented and client-focused? Join Deloitte's Service Delivery Enablement team to support Tax engagement teams through standardized processes and technology-enabled delivery, including AI-powered tools.
Work you'll do
As a Tax Delivery Consultant on the Service Delivery Enablement team, you will support Tax engagements across multiple projects using standard processes and technology tools.
  • Support Tax engagements by completing standardized process steps across multiple projects
  • Set up engagements in Deloitte's Tax enterprise platform
  • Build and maintain workplans, tasks, and due dates
  • Facilitate data collection using AI-enabled tools
  • Archive final deliverables and close projects for the next tax year

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model requiring U.S. Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
  • Ability to start in Summer 2026
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:
  • Associate's degree in business
  • Advanced Excel experience
