Senior Packaging Designer
We're continually raising the bar in Packaging Design. Our team delivers globally aligned, best-in-class solutions that optimize the customer experience. We also ensure that final proposals are aligned with corporate strategy, marketing requirements, quality and business goals, product specifications and manufacturing standards.

What you'll achieve
As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative design solutions. You will work as one Experience Design Group to deliver a balance of design excellence. The Senior Packaging Designer will collaborate closely with Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, CMF teams, the Brand team, Software team and other partners to interpret design requirements and execute cohesive solutions.

You will:
  • Lead end-to-end packaging and Visual design, from planning and research through concept development and execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards, design guidelines, and manufacturing requirements
  • Develop high-quality design assets across packaging, product interfaces, marketing, and communications, including graphics, branded elements, wallpapers, and digital content such as short-form videos and animations
  • Create 3D renderings and other visualizations to support product storytelling, assets, and design decision-making
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, rendering, and content creation, applying strong design judgment to curate and refine final outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and partners to resolve complex design challenges while managing multiple fast-paced projects, delivering accurate, press-ready assets that meet high visual quality standards and on-time production requirements.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in consumer electronics, lifestyle products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging concepts, dieline development, mockups, and final production ready work
  • Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills with tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent and solid understanding of materials, print and prepress processes, color management, and manufacturing constraints
  • Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visualization, rendering, or motion workflows while maintaining brand consistency and production feasibility

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial design, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
